RETURNS / EXCHANGES POLICY
We accept returns purchased through www.enavantactive.com within 21 days of the date the order was shipped.
Please note that we do not offer free shipping for returns or exchanges at this time. You are responsible for shipping us your returns using a carrier of your choice.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and unwashed, with the tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Enavant reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, missing tags, products that exhibit use for photoshoots or production use, and/or unreasonable and repetitive return patterns associated with your account.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Once your merchandise is received at the returns facility, it will be reviewed and if approved for refund, we will process your refund to the payment method used in the original order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on the original form of payment.
For all international customers, please note that we cannot be responsible for any change in currency rates.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Refunds may take some time. Upon receiving an email notification confirming your refund, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on the original form of payment.
SALE ITEMS / PROMOTIONAL CODES
Please note that certain promotional purchases and sale items using a discount code (EXCLUDING welcome codes, member codes, and influencer codes) are final sale and not eligible for returns.

SHIPPING (US DOMESTIC ORDERS)
We offer free shipping on domestic (US) orders with a total of $200 or more. For orders under $200, standard shipping fees will apply.
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 4-6 business days for delivery. During peak holiday times, please allow an extra business day for tracking information to be transmitted and shipment to be made.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Should you reject a shipment and a redirection fee is incurred, this will also be deducted from your refund.
SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
We offer free shipping on international orders with a total of $200 or more. For orders under $200, standard shipping fees will apply.
Please note that international customers may be subject to and fully responsible for additional taxes, customs duties, and/or fees depending on the destination country. (Refunds will not be issued where the customer has declined to pay such fees.)
